If this keeps up we won't be back in school until Feb or March LOL. Wishful thinking right?
Meatloaf dinner tonight was amazing. I decided to cook so I wanted try something different. I knew I wanted to cook cabbage and the only thing I remember my mom making with cabbage besides pot roast is meat loaf. So I created my own special mix for my meat loaf. I used my amazing Ninja blender to chop red and green bell peppers, mushrooms and cheddar cheese.
