1.7.12- First Week of 2012

We are one week into 2012.... how is it going for you? Hopefully things are looking up and moving in a better direction for you all. I can say that I've been doing well. Mentally I'm in a much healthier space. I was in a state of depression for a good part of 2011 and maybe even prior to that. But alas a new day has dawned.  I have my bouts with sadness and despair but overall I strive to remain positive, happy and joyful even.  

I've even been proactive about getting into shape and actually started a semi-serious work out routine :D Eating healthy is always at the top of my list because with out good health it doesn't matter how much money or longevity you have! QUALITY of life is what matters and I plan on spending every day in 2012 doing quality things with quality people!

I'm really going to move with ernest purpose and determination to get my non-profit up and running full time.  HOTNEWS Inc. on the move!!!
